Well friends, it’s the end of an era for us and Our Home Has 6 Wheels.

Since we won’t be traveling this year due to my cancer diagnosis (I’m almost thru chemo tho so little by little I’m getting through it) we’ve decided to let our Class C go to a new home where she’ll get the traveling in that she loves!

We will miss her and have such great memories of so many adventures both north and south but she’s going to a good home so that’s a comfort!

The new owners – Michelle & Rachel – have already been on a couple of trips and love her!

Watch for us as the new year will hopefully bring good health and more adventures … we’re looking to change things up a bit and might go for a trailer and truck.  Maybe an airstream if we can find one that won’t break the bank that is!  They’re so cool and funky but keep their value for an insane long time!  That means we’ll no longer be ‘6 wheels’ … so we have a companion site:  www.ourhomehaswheels.com which will be tied into the old site so you won’t have to miss anything!

So keep us in mind … you never know where you might find us … Yukon … Alaska … across Canada and in the Maritimes?  As long as it’s on the road!

By the way … we now have a permanent site for our 5th wheel at the Oceanside RV park in Central Saanich which is near the town of Sidney, BC.  It’s a great spot and takes a load off our minds and takes the worry out of trying to plan things a year in advance.  We can now (when I’m healthy) take off at a moments notice and just enjoy the trip!
