Wanting to stay in a ‘private’ RV park so we could have amenities like water, electric & sewer hookups for a night, we found this place in downtown Soldotna. It’s as the name implies a motel with an RV park in back.

The RV park is pretty much a gravel parking lot with hookups. No tables, no fire pits (can’t have fires due to city regulations I guess), no grass. It’s basically here to park in while you (I guess) are out fishing all day. There is a laundry & shower ($$) in a separate building. It’s close to a busy road so the road noise is ever present. They advertise (in our BCAA camping book) free wi-fi but like most RV parks it doesn’t really work. If you walk up to the office you can get wi-fi … but not in the park. Sort of misleading, but typical.
