This is our 2nd trip to Dawson City and it just wouldn’t be complete without a trip to Klondike Kates.
There is seating inside and out – the outside is a covered, heated (when needed) patio – and for me it’s the place to be. The inside can be crowded and hot!

They have a good selection of beer, both local and imports as well as a full bar for your drinks. The menu is a good selection of appies, sandwiches, burgers, pizza and full-course meals. The prices are good and service is always good and friendly. The atmosphere is funky with music playing in the background – but not too loud!
Go during happy hour (4-6) for discounts on beer and usually their taco meal. Good bargain!
Parking is anywhere on the streets … always room to park in Dawson!
